A Recipe for Gentrification – New Book on Food and Gentrification Out Now!

The issue of restaurants and gentrification is something I’ve been writing and thinking about for roughly a decade now. I’m excited to be included in the first academic book entirely dedicated to this topic, which includes contributions from across North America. My chapter is on the Downtown Eastside.
